The Borotto Lab utilizes mass spectrometry, chemical derivatization, photons, and radical chemistry to analyze protein conformation, post-translational modifications, and the acidic proteome. This work will provide students an opportunity to develop analytical and chemical tools to tackle fundamental and biologic questions.
